On Tuesday, head coach Pete Carroll said Diggs sat out because “he needed a day” of rest.
When the safety also sat out Wednesday’s Seahawks practice, people got to talking.
“Pete Carroll described Quandre Diggs not practicing yesterday as the veteran safety getting a day off. Well, Diggs is here but not taking part for the second straight day,” Brady Henderson of ESPN
