Terms of Employment: Permanent

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 / year negotiable

Week: up to 40 hours

Primary Objective:

This position is located in Windsor, Ontario Canada. We are part of Canada’s southern peninsula surrounded by the Great Lakes and the Detroit river.

 At Rose City Gymnastics we offer extensive recreational, and high-end competitive programs for all ages. We have been operating since 1976 and our top athletes have been medalists at the elite, national & provincial levels.

 

The position reports directly to the General Manager. The position is responsible for assisting with organizing, implementing, and communicating activities in the WAG program while working with the assistance of the TAG Program Director and Recreational Program Director. The WAG Head Coach is also responsible for coaching the assigned groups to provide a learning environment for all athletes and prepare them for (future) competition. The role is accountable for working within the club’s vision, mission, policies, procedures and goals set forth by the Management Team. This position will also be responsible for updating and ensuring all employees and equipment meets safety standards set forth by RCG.

 

Qualifications:

• NCCP competitive 2/level 3 or equivalent certified
• First aid and CPR certified
• 10 years coaching experience with focus on Beam and Floor
• National level coaching experience
• Gymnastics club management experience
• Excellent understanding of the FIG code of points
