All Star Gymnastics is Seeking a Women’s Artistic Coach

Are you looking for a change without so much pressure?  All Star Sports Centre is looking for a key full time, experienced, enthusiastic and positive WAG coach, passionate about the sport and helping athletes of all levels reach their potential.  If you are this special individual, please keep reading and consider joining TEAM ALL STAR!

 

Successful Candidates will have:

 

• Minimum 5 yrs proven gymnastics coaching experience
• NCCP Level 3 Artistic and Level 2 Trampoline  (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• Risk Management Certificate, Respect in Sport, First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
• Criminal & Vulnerable Sector Check
• Excellent spotting skills an asset
• Team player, able to take direction, accept decisions, contribute ideas
• Ability to choreograph routines an asset
• Technically strong and experienced with JO Levels 3-10 an asset (target 5-10)
• Proven competition experience and results
• Positive motivator, team player, willing to continuously increase technical knowledge
• Excellent leadership and positive communication skills with athletes and parents as well as team members
• Help develop and grow our programs and membership and mentor coaches as needed
• Willing to assist with all screening, cleaning and other requirements due to the pandemic top contribute to athletes and staff safety
• Ability to work with developmental as well as higher levels

 

Salary:will depend on qualifications, experience, expertise.    Hrs: 25-35  hrs/wk available

 

Schedule: DAYTIME HOURS Sept – June 1:30-6:30 pm / + 2 nights to 9pm.  *Summer will require early mornings. STC

 

Position: full time  Start Date: Aug 1 21 (or July 21)

 

We are located 20 min west of Toronto,  in beautiful Flower City Brampton, Ontario, Canada.  We have an exceptional 17,000 square foot, fully air conditioned facility, with in ground trampolines and pits and a separate preschool area to make for the ideal training environment..
